Starter:

  • Jerusalem artichoke, sunflower seed praline, green apple, and fermented garlic cream.

Main Course (choose one):

  • Fish: Braised trout, roasted cabbages, almond potatoes, and tarragon-butter sauce.

  • Vegan: Soy-marinated tofu, king oyster mushroom, roasted cabbages, and mushroom Madeira sauce.

Dessert:

  • Dark chocolate and raspberry creation.

  • Tickets are available to Nordic Listed Leaders members, management team members, and board members of listed companies from Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Iceland or executives who have served in these companies in the past 5 years as the management or board member roles.
