What is Nordic Listed Leaders?
Nordic Listed Leaders (NLL) is the community for the people who chair, run, and sit on the boards and management teams of Nordic listed companies. CEOs, board chairs, board members, and management team members of companies on the Helsinki, Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Oslo exchanges are welcomed here.
Why Nordic Listed Leaders exists?
Listed-company leadership is a specific kind of work. The questions you're sitting with on a Nordic plc board — succession, IPO readiness, ESG disclosure, AI governance, activist investors, the next CEO — aren't questions you can fully answer with your management team or your advisors. You answer them with peers who've been in the same chair.
That's the room NLL is built to be.
What happens here?
The NLL Gala
One evening a year, 100+ Nordic listed-company leaders in one room, seven awards. The year-end gathering.
The Board Programme
A structured course for current and aspiring board members of Nordic listed companies. Two batches a year, 25 seats each, taught by partners and senior listed-company directors.
AfterWorks, visits and breakfasts
Invite-only sessions, usually around 20 leaders, on the questions Nordic boards are actually sitting with. Recent topics: AI governance, IPO readiness, the next CEO.
Who founded Nordic Listed Leaders?
Helene Auramo founded Nordic Listed Leaders to build the community Nordic listed-company leaders didn't have. Before NLL she advised some of Finland's largest B2B listed companies and served on listed-company boards herself — work recognised as Future Board Member of the Year 2022 by Future Board. She's also Founder & CEO of Listeds, Chair of the Investment Committee at Suomen Ekonomit, and a columnist for Talouselämä, Aamulehti, IMAGE, and Listeds.
