Why our Board Programme?
01 — Built for Nordic listed companies. Finnish regulatory reality, not a generic global framework.
02 — The peer network is the programme. Twenty-eight listed-company leaders in one room.
03 — Real conversations with people who've done it. No theory-only sessions. No filler.
04 — You enter the NLL Board Pool.Graduates enter the NLL Board Pool in Listeds platform — a curated database of programme alumni that every executive search company in Finland can access, free of charge.
Meet our speakers, visitors and lecturers on the first cohort:
Who should attend?
A deliberately diverse room.
Twenty-eight participants per cohort. No more than five from any one role. You learn alongside people who see governance from a completely different angle — not twenty-seven versions of your own job.
You're a fit if you are:
A board member, chair, or deputy member of a Nordic listed company
A senior management team member preparing for board work
A serious board candidate actively pursuing your first listed-company seat
Accountable for governance at a publicly traded company
This isn't for:
Board members of state-owned enterprises
Private equity-backed company boards
Those new to board work entirely
Exceptions considered case by case.
