Theme: Curiosity

We gather for the third time, and Curiosity is the thread running through the day. The event brings together a curated group of 15 to 22 leaders for an intimate, high-trust exchange of ideas, experience, and perspective.

The most useful insight rarely comes from the stage. It comes from the conversations around it. Every participant arrives as both a learner and a catalyst, each other's sparring partners: challenging assumptions, sharing what they have learned, and shaping what responsible leadership looks like in the years ahead.

The afternoon

The afternoon centres on conversation and reflection with selected speakers, among them future leaders from earlier cohorts who return to tell us where their paths have taken them. Their stories offer continuity, perspective, and a little inspiration for the next generation in the room.

We will also recognise excellence in leadership, with awards celebrating the people shaping the future of business and society. Categories: CEO, COO, CLO, CMO, CFO, CTO, and CPO (Chief People Officer).

The evening

After the awards, the conversation continues over dinner. This is the time to deepen connections, reflect openly, and build the kind of relationships that sustain a long career in leadership.

Who it is for

A carefully selected group of future leaders committed to growing themselves, their organisations, and their contribution to society.

The event is by invitation only and reserved for Future Leaders: executives aged 40 or under who serve on the management team and/or board of a Finnish listed company.
