In 2026, we gather second time again to explore what growth truly means — not only in companies and careers, but in character, courage, and contribution. This event brings together a curated group of 15–22 leaders for an intimate, high-trust exchange of ideas, experiences, and perspectives.

We believe the most meaningful insights do not come only from keynote stages, but from the conversations around them. Every participant is both a learner and a catalyst. You are each other’s sparring partners, challenging assumptions, sharing lessons, and shaping what responsible leadership looks like in the years ahead.

Program highlights
The afternoon will feature conversations and reflections with selected speakers, including future leaders from past cohorts who return to share how their journeys have evolved; what has changed, what has been tested, and what growth has required of them in practice. Their stories will offer continuity, perspective, and inspiration for the next generation of leaders in the room.

We will also recognize excellence in leadership by presenting awards across key functions, celebrating individuals who are shaping the future of business and society. Awards will be presented in the following categories:
CEO, COO, CLO, CMO, CFO, CTO, and CPO (Chief People Officer).

Evening gathering
Following the awards, we will continue the conversation over a shared dinner. This is a time to deepen connections, reflect openly, and build the kind of relationships that support long-term leadership growth. The setting is intentionally personal and unhurried designed to foster trust, honesty, and meaningful exchange.

This event is by invitation only and reserved for Future Leaders — executives aged 40 or under who serve on the management teams and/or boards of Finnish publicly listed companies.
