A warm welcome to Elina Ali-Melkkilä, who joins Nordic Listed Leaders as a new team member.

Elina brings decades of enterprise leadership from Apple, IBM, Oracle and Elisa, and runs her own change-leadership company Direo.

She's been part of the NLL family for a while as an investor and advisor in Listeds. She was also part of our team, making our NLL Gala 2025 happen.
