What inspired the creation of The Nordic Listed Leaders community and website?
Helene Auramo: "The inspiration came from a recognized need for a dedicated platform where Nordic leaders could connect, share insights, and collaborate on solutions to today's complex business challenges. We saw the potential for a community that not only supports leaders in their professional growth but also drives positive societal and environmental impact.
With the evolution of technology and AI, we also recognized an opportunity to harness these advancements to enhance our community further. By leveraging AI, we aim to facilitate optimal connections between companies and executives, whether for board roles, recruitment, or interim positions, ensuring the right talents align with the right opportunities."

I have been starting Slush startup event in the early days and it started as a few hundreds people gathering. With the Nordic Listed Leaders, we wish to see the same kind of growth, serving the brightest minds in the Nordic Listed companies."
